One of the biggest mistakes people make when eating is eating too fast. Society has created a rush. It is time to slow down and savor. It is easy to ignore fullness cues when you mindlessly eat in front of a tv or while scrolling through social media. Take your time when you eat. Put away the technology when there is a plate in front of you. Focus on one thing at a time. Do not overstimulate your senses any more than what they already are.
